The Greens has 61 skillfully architected townhomes that were built starting in 1988. There are ten buildings each consisting of six to seven townhomes set in a spacious and beautifully landscaped area. Each townhome offers two or three bedroom units ranging from 1700 sq ft to 2100 sq ft. Units come with either single or double garage doors. The community offers a very diverse demographic profile with singles and families; school age and retired; various religions; and nationalities and it is also a pet friendly community that welcomes furry friends.
Most of the community is rested on the Boca Golf & Tennis Club golf course providing beautiful backyard views. There are over 15 varieties of trees and palms ranging from Royal Palms to Evergreen Pines. All landscaping including irrigation is managed by the property management company and therefore minimal effort is required of homeowners to maintain their property. Most townhomes have private courtyards which each homeowner maintains adding their own personal touch to the overall landscaping around the home.
The HOA fees cover the cost of landscaping, roof repairs and other exterior maintenance. Additionally, these fees cover pool maintenance and assessments cover major maintenance projects such as roadways and exterior painting. The community Board consists of five members who are responsible to select and manage vendors to successfully raise the value of the homes and community with first class service.
At the center of the community is a large pool with a cabana and restrooms surrounded by attractive landscaping for that relaxing day in the sun or the occasional social party at the pool hosted by community homeowners.
The Greens is located in an excellent school district on all levels. There is easy access in and out with a north and south entrance close to the main gate and the location is 5-10 minutes from shopping centers and less than 5 minutes to I-95.
